In order for us to match your
wishes, we invite
you to send your appointment request in advance by e-mail or fax.
Cancellations need to be
received 24 hours
prior to the scheduled appointment. After the 12 hours 50% cancellation
fee will be charged.
Appointments will be
automatically cancelled 10 minutes after scheduled time and 50% of the
charges
will be billed to your room if there is not a 12 hours cancellation
notice. In
case of Thalasso Packages, please cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid
full
charge.
Minimum age to use the Thalasso
Center and
having treatments is 16 years old.
If you are taking medication,
are postoperative, pregnant or have a medical condition, it is
advisable that
you consult your doctor before embarking on any treatment or program.
Gift vouchers make an
ideal present and are available to use for any treatment. Gift vouchers
are
non-refundable and must be presented at time of treatment.
Please bring leisure wear
including trainers and sport shoes for using our Gym and Aerobic.
